Default volume and 4 day modification phat help

Whats up guys, been lurking for a while and finaly decided to make an account . Anyway, im running my first cycle of laynes phat and was going to ask for some advice. My first concern is the fact that I am an intermediate lifter not accustomed to the volume. Just to give you an idea of where im at

age:18
weight:162
height 5'8"
BF: ~11
Bench: 245
squat:305
Deadlift: ?

Ive been training hitting everything twice a week for a little over a year now. Mostly running variations of lyles Generic Bulk but ive never gone over 60 reps a bodypart, based on where im at right now do you think id be ok to follow the recomended volume he has in his article, taking a couple weeks adding in auxiliary exercises? or should i lower it a little? Also Im limited by my schedual to only workout 4 days a week so was wondering how much that should effect the volume on an all upperbody hypertrophy day. thanks for the help!
